1. Create your account
Click Sign up in the top navigation. You can register two ways:
- Email & password — enter a valid email and a password of 8+ characters.
- Google — one-click sign-in using your Google account.
After signing up you'll land on the home page and the header will show your name.
2. Browse and book a service
- Open the Services menu and pick a category (e.g. Deep Cleaning, AC Servicing).
- Choose the package that suits you. Each card shows duration, AED price (VAT-inclusive) and what's included.
- Click Book now and fill in: address, date, time slot, and any special instructions.
- Pick your payment method — Pay now (card) or Cash on service.
- Review and confirm. You'll receive an instant booking ID and a confirmation email.
3. Payments
We use Stripe — the same payments platform trusted by Amazon, Shopify and Careem. Your card details never touch our servers.
Pay now (recommended): charged at booking. You can request a refund within 48 hours of the visit.
Cash on service: pay the technician in AED after the job. Please have exact change.
Every payment generates a tax invoice with 5% VAT (TRN shown), downloadable from your account.
4. Track your booking
Open the booking page from My Bookings. You'll see:
- Status: Pending → Confirmed → On the way → In progress → Completed.
- Live map with the technician's position once they start the trip.
- In-app chat to share gate codes, photos or last-minute changes.
5. After the service
When the job is marked complete you'll be prompted to rate 1–5 stars and write a short review. Honest reviews help other customers and improve provider quality.
Not happy? Click Report an issue on the booking page within 48 hours. Our support team will arrange a free rectification or a refund per the Refund Policy.
6. Account & privacy
Manage your profile in Account: update name, phone, profile picture and password. All actions take effect immediately.
To delete your account, email info@klynit.com from your registered address. We comply with UAE PDPL — your data is removed within 30 days.
