Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Klynit platform operated by Deepsea Logic LLC. By creating an account or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Platform — the Klynit website, web app, and PWA.
  • Customer — a user who books a service.
  • Provider / Company / Employee — verified individuals or businesses delivering services through the Platform.
  • Booking — a confirmed request for a service at a stated time and place.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts in the UAE. Providers must hold a valid UAE trade licence and required permits.

3. Account registration

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Bookings

  • Prices are displayed in AED and include 5% VAT where applicable.
  • Emergency / out-of-hours bookings may incur a surge fee shown before confirmation.
  • A booking becomes binding once you receive confirmation in the app.
  • You must provide safe, lawful access to the service location.

5. Payments

  • Online payments are processed by Stripe in AED. We do not store full card details.
  • Cash on Service is available for selected bookings; payment is due to the technician on completion.
  • Failed or chargeback transactions may result in account suspension.

6. Cancellations and rescheduling

  • Free cancellation up to 4 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations within 4 hours may incur up to 25% of the booking value.
  • No-shows may be charged 100% of the booking value.

7. Provider obligations

Providers represent that they are licensed, insured, and qualified for the services they offer. Providers must complete KYC (Emirates ID, passport, UAE police clearance) before activation.

8. Customer obligations

You agree to treat providers with respect, provide truthful information, and refrain from requesting unlawful or unsafe work.

9. Prohibited conduct

  • Off-platform payments or solicitation to bypass the Platform.
  • Abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful behaviour.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorised access.

10. Intellectual property

All Platform content, trademarks, and software are owned by Deepsea Logic LLC or its licensors.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or specific outcomes from any individual booking. See our full Disclaimer.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our aggregate liability arising out of any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Deepsea Logic LLC against claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
