2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and password (hashed).
- Service data: booking address, scheduled date/time, notes, and service history.
- Payment data: processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe). We store only the last four digits, brand, transaction ID, and amount.
- Location data: live GPS coordinates of technicians during active bookings (with consent).
- Identity documents (providers only): Emirates ID, passport, UAE police clearance — stored encrypted in a private bucket.
- Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and diagnostic logs.
- Communications: in-app chat messages, support tickets, and notifications.
3. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and provide our services.
- To match customers with verified service providers and process bookings.
- To process payments, refunds, and prevent fraud.
- To send transactional messages (booking confirmations, status updates, push notifications).
- To improve our platform, run analytics, and comply with legal obligations.
- To verify the identity and good standing of service providers (KYC).
4. Legal bases
We process personal data under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (Personal Data Protection Law) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR. Our legal bases include performance of a contract, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating a safe marketplace.
5. Sharing your information
- Service providers who fulfil your booking receive your name, contact number, and address.
- Payment processors (Stripe) for processing card transactions in AED.
- Cloud infrastructure (hosting, database, storage, push notifications).
- Authorities when required by UAE law or a valid court order.
We never sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some of our processors are located outside the UAE. We use providers that offer appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
7. Data retention
We retain account data while your account is active, and for up to 7 years after closure to comply with UAE tax and commercial recordkeeping requirements. KYC documents are retained for 5 years after the provider relationship ends. Payment records are retained per VAT law.
8. Your rights
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Withdraw consent (e.g. push notifications, marketing emails).
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Request data portability.
- Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.

9. Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password.
10. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We will post any updates on this page and, where material, notify you by email or in-app.
