Klynit is a UAE home-services marketplace operated by Deepsea Logic LLC (Ras Al Khaimah). We connect you with verified cleaning, AC, plumbing, electrical, handyman and beauty professionals across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.

How do I create an account?

Click Sign up, enter your email and password, or use Continue with Google. You'll be signed in instantly — no email verification step required for first booking.

Do I need to download an app?

No. Klynit works in any browser. If you'd like an app-like experience, accept the Install prompt — it adds Klynit to your home screen, works offline for browsing, and supports push notifications.

Which areas do you serve?

All seven emirates. The most active service zones are Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah.

How does booking work?

Pick a service, choose a date and time slot, add your address and any notes, then choose Pay now (card) or Cash on service. You'll receive an instant confirmation and the provider will message you in the in-app chat.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Apple Pay through our secure Stripe gateway. You may also choose Cash on service for most jobs — the technician collects after the work is complete.

Is the price final? Are there taxes?

Prices include 5% UAE VAT and are quoted in AED. Add-ons you approve during the visit (parts, extra hours) are added to the final invoice.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes — free of charge up to 4 hours before the slot. Cancellations inside the 4-hour window incur a 25% fee to compensate the provider. See our Refund Policy for details.

How do refunds work?

Card payments are refunded to the original card within 5–10 business days. Cash bookings refund as wallet credit. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of the visit.

Yes — tip in cash directly, or add a tip when leaving your review. 100% of tips go to the technician.

After the job is marked complete you can rate 1–5 stars and leave a review. Reviews are public on the provider's profile.

How do I sign up as a provider?

Create an account, then in your dashboard upload your Trade Licence and Emirates ID for KYC verification. Approval typically takes 1–2 business days.

Valid UAE Trade Licence, owner's Emirates ID, VAT certificate (if registered), and a copy of your liability insurance if applicable.

What does it cost to join?

Free to list. Klynit takes a 15% service fee on completed bookings — there is no monthly fee and no charge for cancelled or unpaid jobs.

How do I add my services and pricing?

In your dashboard go to Services → Add service. Pick the category, set your base price (AED, VAT-inclusive), service area and duration. You can pause or edit any service at any time.

How do I get bookings?

Customers find you through search, category pages and your public profile. Verified providers with a 4.5★+ rating appear higher in results.

Can I add employees/technicians?

Yes — invite technicians from the Employees tab. They get their own login, can accept jobs assigned to them and update job status in the field.

How do payouts work?

Card payments are released to your bank account every Monday for the previous week, minus our 15% fee and Stripe's processing cost. Cash bookings settle directly with the customer.

What if a customer cancels late?

Late cancellations (under 4 hours) generate a 75% payout to you automatically. No-shows generate a 100% payout.

How are disputes handled?

Raise a dispute from the booking page within 48 hours. Our support team reviews chat history, photos and timestamps and decides within 3 business days.

How do I change my password?

Account → Security → Change password. If you forgot it, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen.

How do I delete my account?

Email info@klynit.com from your registered address. We delete your profile and personal data within 30 days, as required by UAE PDPL.

Is my data safe?

We use Stripe for payments (PCI-DSS Level 1), encrypted storage for KYC documents, and never sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy.

Do you send push notifications?

Only after you opt in. We send booking confirmations, ETA updates, chat messages and payment receipts. You can disable them in your browser settings any time.
